Established in 1997, Hot Bits is today a leading specialist manufacturer of high-quality
shock absorbers and coil-over suspension systems and related components.

Hot Bits shock absorbers and suspension systems are based on the superior characteristics of the mono-tube gas
pressure shock absorber. What is unique about Hot Bits is that our products are fully serviceable and tuneable and
this service is available in all the markets that we sell our products in. Our shock absorbers can also be fully rebuilt
when necessary, so it could last the lifetime of the vehicle itself.
While one could say that products built for the highest level of motor sports are alsotuneable and serviceable, this is
something that we have made available for a huge range of production vehicles ranging from passenger cars, SUVs
and 4X4 vehicles. Importantly, we have done so at a price that is highly competitive with lesser offerings in the
aftermarket category.

This network of partners has enabled us to develop a considerable product range and acquire an expansive database
over a relatively short period of time. More significantly our partners are fully skilled abd equipped to provide full tuning,
servicing and rebuilding services.

Unlikely many aftermarket shock absorber brands, who farm out production to large OEM manufacturers, we remain a
true manufacturer. Our facility boasts CAD/CAM & CNC equipment, a shock dynamometer and other test equpment
to ensure that each Hot Bits shock absorber and suspension product that leaves our production facility is of the
highest quality.
We pioneered the application of the fixed external canister on high-pressure mono-tube shock design. This gives
the shock extra damping oil capacity and allows optimum gas chamber volume for improved suspension stroke.
Our coil springs are manufactured by qualified professional spring manufacturers. These springs are cold wound to
our exacting specifications and tolerances for long life and consistent performance.

While we are not at liberty to disclose names, we custom-produce suspension products for several leading tuners and
customizes in Europe, Japan and Australia.
